IAOT Exam Re-Sit Procedure/Appeals
Re-sit 
 
Students who do not acheive a pass in their examinations can apply for a re-sit by telephone to the IAOT Student Support Manger. This must be done within 14 days of results being issued to a learner.
 
Resits are only granted to candidates who have demonstrated progression throughout the course.
 
A resit charge of 50.00 EURO must be paid to IAOT prior to a re-sit. Sudents are only allowed take one resit per exam paper.
 
IAOT is committed to ensuring that assessments/correction of examination papers is done fairly, consistently and in accordance with the specification for the qualification concerned. Marks are moderated between staff and are endorsed by external examiners. These systems help to ensure that the marks are fair.
 
Students have the right to appeal an examination result; however this must done so in writing within two weeks of the publication of their results.
 
 
Appeals
 
Appeals must be done on the IAOT Examination Appeals Form, which is available upon request from the IAOT Customer Support Manager. This must be done within 14 days of results being issued to a learner.
 
A fee of 75.00 EURO must be submitted with the Appeals Form. In the event of a successful re-check the appeals fee shall be refunded to the learner.
